Returns and refunds

All sales are final at Spencer Singles, and we do not generally accept returns or refunds. However, if an issue does occur with your order, you are welcome to request a refund. We review each request on a case-by-case basis and will notify you promptly if your refund request is approved.

Please note that all orders shipped via bulk mail or plain white envelope (PWE) are at the buyer’s risk. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during transit when these shipping methods are selected.

When entering a contest or promotion, we may request your name, email, and address to manage the event and contact winners.
